  • Provide fully executed listing documents and pictures

  • Market your listing once live!

For Contracts:


  • Provide fully executed contract documents

  • Complete contract submission form

  • Attend any in-person events (home inspection, appraisals, final walk through, closings,


  • Negotiate any repairs, price changes, or other changes to the terms of the contract (we

    will handle all paperwork for these negotiations)

  • Advise clients on major choices/decisions throughout the transaction

  • Track deadlines/documents/answers “after hours” (outside of Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) - We will remind you if anything time sensitive is due outside of office hours

  • Ensure TC is up-to-date on any missed information/communication from parties in the
