Brooke Stevens, owner of List to Close, LLC, has been a licensed and practicing real estate agent for over 10 years. Her favorite part of the real estate transaction is the paperwork and managing all the moving parts of the stages within the transaction, which she found most agents despise. After being a Listing and Transaction Coordinator for several real estate teams, she began List to Close as a side business to allow her to work remotely while her second daughter was young. She knew agents needed help beyond that of an administrative assistant. She knew agents who wanted to expand their business but either did not want to form teams or were scared to hire employees and pay salaries for fear of the slower months. And it took off! Using her organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, Brooke has found a niche in the real estate industry, which allows agents to free up their time and in turn, grow their businesses, earn more money, and spend more time with their loved ones.

Brooke was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from Parkview Baptist in 1996 and went to LSU to earn a degree in Psychology. She began her real estate career in 2004 and worked for one of the area’s top producers. In 2006, she put her real estate career on hold to finish her second bachelor’s degree in Interior Design in 2007. She then worked for several years as a kitchen and bath designer and remodeling contractor. In 2010, she was re-licensed and practiced real estate sales full-time, opening List to Close in 2018. Brooke is experienced with many different perspectives of the real estate industry. Her diverse background has helped her build excellent relationships with agents, her clients, contractors, lenders, title companies, and other real estate vendors. She is a mother to two beautiful daughters and when she is not working, she enjoys family time at home with them.
